  20.    4      tablespoons   garlic powder
  21.    4      tablespoons   worcestershire sauce
  22.    4      tablespoons   nuoc mam
  23.    2      tablespoons   ground black pepper
  24.    2      tablespoons   onion flakes
  25.    2      dried         ground tabasco peppers

  27. This is a quick and easy recipe for those days when it's 
  28. just too hot to cook a long, involved meal.
  29. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Make patties, and 
  30. grill over a hickory wood fire until done. Make sure your 
  31. grill is in the shade :-)
